How to prepare for your Reiki session



You booked a Reiki session! Now what? Here are some things you can do before starting your session:
- Wear comfy clothing ~ this can something you can easily move in and isn’t restricting on the body.
- Be mindful of anything you’d like to work on for your session and notice the difference you feel after!
- Be open and relaxed ~ allow Reiki to flow where needed during your session. The more open and relaxed you are, the more beneficial your session becomes.
- Play your favorite relaxing music and grab your favorite crystal to hold.

Whatever your body calls for, rest to process the energy or go for a walk
